NAPCO Automatic Return Type Machines (RTM), are ideally suited for medium to high volume, high quality finishing operations. Where exact control of cycle times, temperatures, current flows and activation cycles are essential, NAPCO RTM equipment performs with consistent accuracy.
NAPCO's RTMs feature computer controls, automatic load/unloading, delayed set-down and advanced pick up, automatic cycle selector, rack storage on the machine, hot entry or exit, lubrication systems, built in rack strip, built in parts dryer, and vertical rack agitation.
With positive chain drive, the RTM can be designed to handle a wide variety of loads. The System is also available with carrier arms in single or multiple rack arrangements. With advanced pick up and delayed set down, carrier arms may be lifted independently to meet several thickness specifications during one machine cycle. Solution dragout can also be reduced by lengthening drip times.
